Need more packing material to protect products, and 2 of the grease zerts broke off at the threads from just trying to get the grease gun off. I guess those 2 are a one and done spindle

These fit perfectly. Everything lined up and the pulleys are the same diameter. Check yours because some have a bigger pulley. The grease fittings are nice although I am not sure it’s doing much.Taking apart the old ones I see the bearings are sealed of course and the shaft rides in a steel sleeve between the two bearings. Reducing that heat can’t hurt, but these go bad because of the bearings not because anything inside that shaft isn’t greased. By bad I mean the bearings are rough spinning as least mine are and that’s after what must be a billion hours of use.You also can rebuild your old spindles. They take two 6204-2RS R3C3 bearings and disassembling it was very easy. I might do that just to have some spares. I did notice the star pattern on the shaft that accepts the blade is worn considerably on mine, but still functional I believe.I’d love to take apart these new ones and see if they have the sleeve which the shaft rides in between the bearings. They could have left that out and just rely on the bearings to carry the load. As much grease as they took I think that might be the case. All that grease went somewhere!

Old parts wore out and were not serviceable. I like these because of the grease fittings and the price point was way better than dealing with the manufacturer (troy-bilt) directly.

Perfect fit and about half the price of OEM. Easy install and these actually seem better than OEM since they have grease fittings, which the originals on my Troybilt didn't come with.
