Solid set. Works great. Just remember XMP/DOCP probably won’t work for you if you settle on 4 sticks.More for work purposes than games.

I had to run this at base speeds (4000) since the XMP overclock would but unstable at 5600. Not completely surprising as this ram kit is not officially marked as compatible on the MSI website with my mobo.I'm returning it and getting a Kingston kit that is listed as compatible.Always check your mobo's compatibility list, kids!

What I would add to this is that I'm running my memory at 4800mhz instead of the advertised the 5600mhz. I tried changing settings on the mainboard and accidentally crashed the system. After a few more boots I got back into the BIOS and just changed the RAM speed back to auto. Of course it works perfectly with these settings, and I'm OK with the performance jump from my last system which was running DDR4 at 3600mhz. Lastly, if you are doing a new build, give your system time to read all the memory before you reboot because it takes several minutes to read 64GB, and it takes almost 10 minutes to read 128GB. I didn't know this at first, but figured it out the hard way. Now that the RAM is seated and has been read by the system, it works great and I couldn't be happier.
