Won’t stay connected. Any movement of the sonic pad will cause this cable to unplug. It’s frustrating as it causes builds to fail often. I’ve printed a connector that I found online that makes it work a little more and have seen others glue it in place but that shouldn’t be necessary. Most definitely need an upgrade on this to keep using the Sonic pad effectively. Shocked that there hasn’t been an update with how many people have issues with this.

Works on my Ender 3 S1 Pro, and Ender 5 Pro. Can print and control both printers at time same time. With one sonic pad.

I was totally unable to get the sonic pad to connect toy Ender 3 S1 Pro through the USB C port, after trying for days this cable instantly fixed everything. I'd say the serial cable is a must if you're buying the ender 3 S1 Pro and the Sonic pad. It's so much nicer than running. Accord to the front of the machine anyway...

Before I received this serial cable my Creality 3d Printer would not stay connected to my Sonic Pad. I found this time via a Youtube.com video and decided to give it a try before I contacted Creality. I would think that Creality would have sent their Sonic Pad customer the cable as connecting via a regular USB cable is a widespread problem. But this cable saved the day. In order for the Sonic Pad to work properly the 3d printer should be reinstalled and Serial Connection should bed selected. Would recommend to anyone wi th a Sonic Pad and connection issued.
