Cresent tools work, no problem the but the finish is quite rough, perhaps that a good thing for some people but being a brand name I expected higher qualty

My son kept bending his pliers, so we bought these thinking they would be more durable and strong. He is very pleased with the purchase. He's used them several times and hasn't had any problems.

One of the pictures in the description is deceptive. It depicts a pliers with “Cee Tee Co” stamped on the side. That is not what I received. When I saw these pliers depicted as “Cee Tee Co” pliers, which they are not, they do not have “Cee Tee Co” stamped on the side, I thought I have a chance to get a good pair of pliers like the ones I use to carry. No such luck. I weighed these pliers and a pair of original “Cee Tee Co”, I do still own two pair, on my kitchen scale. These pliers labeled as H26 weigh 6.75 oz. Original “Cee Tee Co” pliers weigh 7.5 oz. That .75 oz. makes all the difference between a pliers you can bare down on with all your strength, (original “Cee Tee Co” pliers), and a pier that will not hold up to heavy use. These pliers may be OK for home use, but they are not as good as the original pliers with “Cee Tee Co” stamped on the side. They should not be advertised as such.

I received these pliers today. The photos in the listing are deceptive. They have a rough sandpaper-y finish, the jaws have play, and the rivet is loose. On the bright side you should have no issues keeping a grip on these. But I would not used these near anything with a finish you don't want to mar.
