This review is focused on the DianSheng Galaxy Kilominx 2x2. I've placed the DaYan Megaminx M Pro (original size version) 3x3 as a size comparison / prop for how much smaller and compact this Kilominx is (the DaYan is really small as well for a Megaminx).Cons:Grip is slippery, the puzzle in general feels very smooth/slick. Turning with just pressure on one corner is more likely for lockups, you need to place your fingers on multiple sides for a smooth turn.Innermost plastic corners catch on each other when doing simultaneous turns.Dark Blue & Light Blue could get confused if your eyes are bad with Hues, or, can't see blue colors. All the colors on this puzzle are on the brighter and duller side. The puzzle size is small and compact, not ideal for larger hands but it would feel fine in smaller hands. This is a mix of pro/con, depending on the person. The puzzle is a little loud, it's very noticeable that you're fidgeting with something. That'll really depend on you if that's annoying or you like noisy things. No extra replacement black pieces. (To replace the Gray Side)Pros:Magnets snap/align together perfectly, I think a lot of work went into the internal design of this puzzle. Which I think makes it well worth its asking price.Without any lubricant the puzzle turns smoothly and I didn't have to make adjustments to the tension. But this may vary from cube to cube.No Center Caps & Colors, you can orient your solve on this cube however you like. I know that matters to some people.Sturdy internal design, doesn't feel mushy, I'm meaning the stability of the puzzle is very good! It doesn't collapse in my hands. (For example: Sometimes when you pick up a puzzle with one hand it turns and crumples/smooshes.)Solving is very easy, you're only dealing with corner pieces and not edge pairing (edge means the center of 2 corner pieces), like you'd have to do on a 3x3 puzzle or greater. And I think that's good for a beginner so you can learn association with colors and you learn more basic algorithms.Closing thoughts:Lastly, I'm not a speed solver- I'm very casual and slow. But I'd still recommend this Kibiminx to more advanced solvers; I can at least judge this puzzle on the fact that I can make a turn without any lockups, it's smooth. I just think about matching colors without trying to fix turning issues, isn't that all we want from a puzzle, just to feel nice? Now, I don't Corner Cut on my cubes but this Kibiminx is decent at doing Corner Cuts if that's your style.Even though the grip design is flawed . . . I can't dismiss how good the puzzle looks and the feel of it is very nice, solving is satisfying. It's just too bad I can't compare this Kibi to anything else; I hope more puzzle makers take the Kilominx Puzzle more seriously. Thanks for reading.

I hated this kilominx as soon as I got it out the box and looked at. It is smaller and lighter than the ‘Other Brand’ minx I have been playing with; but oh boy, that hate rapidly went away once I started turning my new Diansheng Kilominx M! So smooth, no jams (like I constantly had with the ‘Other brand’). I have big hands, so it is small and light for me, but I love this thing; I’m sorry I hated a first. Pricy, but no more jamming; just fun!
