First, the only reason this got a 4 and not 5 star review is because there was no info on where to easily obtain a proper jam nut for the shaft that supports the upper wheel and a better fitting camber adjustment knob for the threaded hole in the item.I am perfectly happy with this item because it did successfully replace the adjustment plate on my vintage band saw, a 14" Buffalo Wood Cutting saw BP-VBS-14, even tho it is a replacement part for a Jet brand. Thankfully, dimensions are given in the item description, which made ordering easy. The plate fit somewhat snuggly in the slot on my saw and I considered grinding an edge slightly, but once in place, the fit was fine. My spring, tension screw and square nut fit fine in the channel, but my camber adjustment screw was slightly loose. (I especially like the fact that the tension screw channel has calibration markings - my original did not.) I tightened the Camber screw with thread tape and hope it won't eventually vibrate out of place. My biggest issue is that the threaded wheel pin takes a 1/2"-20 jam nut. The nut from my Buffalo is technically that size, but it was still too big for this pin. I purchased a regular fine thread Hex nut of the same size at Lowe's and it worked fine. I was a bit concerned the thicker nut, which extended beyond the pin, would interfere with the upper wheel cover, but it fit fine also. Putting a properly fitting Jam nut on the pin would be helpful. A better fitting Camber screw would be nice too - I would have paid extra for that proper fit. All said, I'd recommend this item. The price was very reasonable at 40% off when I bought it and it saved this basic band saw and made it useable again. The only unknown is how the taped camber screw will hold with future use.

Fit and worked perfectly in a Rigid brand bandsaw that I broke by over tightening the tracking screw.

was not used on the equipment that it was made for, but fit perfect on the brand I have. Very well made. delivery was very satisfactory.

Came here to say I have old 12” jet shopline searching the internet for long time could not find 12” parts and the ones I did $185 shipped. This part has the exact dimensions as 12” model. After examining my damaged piece, there appears to be a machined spacer sleeve to adapt 14” to 12” . This part worked perfectly on my machine after I installed the sleeve on the new part. Hope this review helps someone else

The part seemed perfect. Fit right into place. Until I had to re-install the upper wheel, that's when I realized the shaft was too short. Fortunately I had access to a machine shop. My co-worker was able to remove the old shaft from the damaged hinge and replace the too short new one and everything worked out fine. I should have checked the dimensions before purchase.
