Our baby is protected from all of the rain and elements. This fits his Graco seat and stroller. My wife and I love this plastic rain cover and use it for walks on rainy days too. This is such a great buy.

It is NOT breathable for the baby, at all, I used with my baby and it only was on for about 5 to 7 minutes, NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES! and my baby was sweating almost melting inside his car seat, and NO we were not inside the car, we were at the street with a REALLY rainy cold day, I noticed that the coat was looking like fogey and my baby was grtting fussy so I checked and he was really hot inside that thing, immediately I returned this thing
