I'm enjoying this griddle pan! While it doesn't offer a ton of real estate, it does have enough room to fit two to three pancakes depending on how big you make them. The pan heats up fast and, in my experience, distributes heat evenly. I also like how lightweight the pan is, which makes it easy to maneuver (and saves a lot of discomfort when cleaning). So far, the nonstick surface has been just that: nonstick. If you're looking for a quality griddle that won't weigh you down or take up too much space, this Cuisinart is a fantastic choice!

It looks really nice sadly it lost it's flat bottom after the first use on medium heat without even putting anything on it. I think it is because it doest have the reinforcement circled center that most durable pans have at the bottomI have a induction top for reference and bought this exclusively for Tortillas

This is my favorite pan. I have some high dollar pots and pans and none of them cook and clean as good as this pan. I do use a light spray of Pam, don't know that it's necessary but I like the ease of turning my food and quick clean up. Note: do not put the hot pan in the water. After using this pan for a very long time, I was in a hurry and not thinking dropped the hot pan in the water. Although it still performed perfectly, it warped and did not sit on the stove flat. That's my fault not the fault of the pan so I have pan number two and still happy how easy it is to work with.

El producto simplemente genial lo hemos usados hasta para hacer comida no solamente para calentar tortillas como lo es el uso típico que se le da , la marca lo vale ampliamente

Al principio estuve encantado con este sartén, pero después de 2 o 3 semanas de uso el sartén se ha pandeado, al parecer por usarlo a temperatura alta. Respecto a la adherencia de los alimentos me ha dejado satisfecho.
