This wok was purchased for my son-in-law for a Christmas present that he had requested. I will say that when I saw this I thought it was a BBQ vegetable tray of some sort and not a wok, but either way it feels sturdy enough that it will last and not fall apart in a year or two. I am now considering getting one for myself. Although I have had several mishaps from Amazon shipping in the past, this was luckily one that arrived before the scheduled time and well packaged.

We have been cooking in disposable aluminum tins that are not good to use regularly.I was looking for a stainless steel alternative when I came across this wok it is amazing!I actually ordered a second one so we could cook protein in one and veggies in the other!Makes amazing bbq stir fry

Love this Wok !! First, spray wok with Pam spray then place on Gas Grill and heat to 400 temp, throw in your veggies (sliced portobellas, sweet onions, peppers any color, zucchini, squash.....1/2" chunks and heat for 4 min.....keep lid closed, reopen & stir for another 4 min or so...OH! the grill marks on the veggies make these just perfectly palatable!! NOTE: let the sliced veggies marinate for 20 min with balsamic vinegar and Olive oil, S & P in frig before cooking........ ENJOY.Easy clean up by hand :)

I purchased this for my husband. He had worn our original grill wok out. He likes this one just fine. After several uses, it does turn dark and won't get completely clean. It is sturdy enough to handle a lot of veggies. It heats up nicely and cooks evenly.
