I had placed one pouch in a closet and it worked perfectly - just as promised but then, I hung it in my car. Holy. Cow. I had a lingering cardboard/damp/mildewy smell in car for a few days and I was sick of it. I’d just bought a vent clip air freshener and it was only masking the smell. Ugg. I grabbed one of the hanging Damp Rid bags from a closet just to see if it would absorb the mildew smell overnight. Not only was the odor completely gone, the air in my car was fresh and smelled amazing!I continued leaving the bag in my car and I was shocked to see how much water was collected. The entire bag was almost full! I threw it away just today after it being in there for about a month. I will most definitely get more of these amazing bags to keep in my car forever!!

Since discovering this product, I have them in all my closets to control moisture because they work so well. We live near the coast and always have excess moisture in the air, sometimes making clothes and towels smell musty over time. It never ceases to amaze me how much moisture these bags absorb, and leaves closets dry and smelling clean if you opt for a scent. Absolutely love this product!!!

Keeps my basement fresh and dry! I will say that they are quite expensive, but they absorb moisture from the basement air which leaves me free to not worry about mold or mildew. I love the individual hanging bags, which I put in various places in the basement. There are much more cost-effective ways to do this, but I splurgeOn these because they are simple to use and work really well.

Although I purchased the little containers before, I never purchased the Damp Rid Hanging Moisture Absorber until I moved to Singapore and experienced mold in the closets. With Damp Rid, we have not had the issue since. Staple now...
