This is a beautiful high-quality griddle and so easy to use. Cleans easily, as the center just pops right out, and I use a little brush with dish detergent built in. Scrub-a-dub, and voila, you have a clean griddle! A little wipe on the outside and I put it away for next time. It heats evenly, the size is great, and it's a great value for what I paid. I use non-stick spray just in case, and haven't tried it without, so can't speak to that. As a teacher, I've hauled it to school for pancake day, and it worked great non-stop for about an hour, feeding a crowd. I highly recommend this griddle!

I'm really liking this trying pan. I've gone through several others over the years but this is by far my favourite. The heat is quite even and everything can go into the dishwasher which is super cool. Very easy to clean, surface is non stick, flat and even.

I love this griddle pan SO much. It’s really long so there’s lots of space to cook, super easy to clean, and it heats very fast and pretty evenly.My only warning: if you’re getting it because it’s dishwasher safe, make sure you measure to see if it’ll fit in your dishwasher!! It’s too long for mine, oops. It’s super easy to clean though, so no big deal.
