I found it fit the application like the original battery. I fully charged it and it ran for the same amount of time that the original 1,000 mah battery ran. I feel that if you are looking for a replacement for a failing 5C battery this will work. If you are looking for extended run time in the same physical package it seems to fall short with the one I received. While charging and discharging it did not get hot, and based upon the runtime it would be fine for a replacement for a failing battery. I am only giving it 4 stars since it did not extend the run time over the original battery.

This is the battery I should have ordered a few weeks ago.It fits the application without any modification and, after a week, is still powering a mini-keyboard on it's first full charge.It was definitely time to replace the old batteries.
