These pads are thin, and most problematically, not very absorbent. For spotting and small messes, this is fine.We're using them on mini-couches for our toddlers, and they've worked for catching small accidents and keeping the dryer messes off of the miniature cushions. They stay in place because the little couches are narrow enough to tuck them in... but I think our use-case is probably unique.The ones I received typically measure 23 x 16 inches, but that's the liner width, and the liner seems to be stuck on the upper part of the pad on the narrow length for some reason.If you're looking for a pad for elderly, or large dogs, or maybe even small dogs (the claws might cut through the thin pad), keep looking. These aren't for you.Made in China.

I use these as an affordable liner option in all of my rabbits litter boxes. I find they are the ideal size for the xl boxes that I use. They hold enough liquid if doing a daily clean, some I fold in half and use 2 per box, I use plastic patio tiles over the top to deter chewing.
