I can't say I was impressed with this purchase. I need a new laptop for school and wanted to save a little money by purchasing refurbished, which I've had decent experiences with in the past. This laptop came with a charging cord that was not only already kinked and bent at the connection points, but also was not designed with use in mind. Forgive my lack of technical terms, but like most chargers, this one assembles in two pieces, the box and connector for the laptop, and the wall connector pieces. But the wall connection cord inserts into the box so that both cords run in the SAME direction, instead of opposite. This means that you have to bend the cord backwards at the connection point in order to plug it in and use it unless you intend to sit with your back to the very same wall to allow enough slack for the cord going the wrong way to be irrelevant. This is not condusive to using a laptop for back to back 3+hour classes where your cable needs to reach the desk.Additionally, I let it charge overnight and it still needed to stay plugged in for it to stay turned on, and the screen kept flashing in and out while the computer chimed, likely indicating the cord wasn't connecting properly, either due to a flaw in the laptop's charging port or due to the mangling of the charging cable, I don't know, but either way, a charger dependent laptop with a faulty cable design is not conducive to day-to-day use or worth the money I paid. I am sending this back today highly disappointed.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. This is a refurbished laptop and the level promised and delivered is an Excellent level device. Very minor cosmetic defects, barely noticeable. The laptop passed all the functionality tests without a hitch.Unfortunately, the supplied charger had a power problem and Amazon cannot correct it because it is only the shipper. I was offered the option to return everything for a refund. I wanted to keep the device because it suited me perfectly so I turned to the seller: Printer Ready Corporation Canada. As soon as I requested it by email, I received a call which guided me to customer service who rushed to correct the situation by replacing the defective charger in record time. Thanks again, I highly recommend this supplier.

This is a truly portable computer, small and light. Although the screen is smaller than I'm used to, the convenience of its portability outweighs the smaller screen and allows me to untether from my office where I use a desktop workstation computer (see size comparison in photo). I thought I might need to upgrade the memory, but so far the performance is excellent running Windows 10 Pro with CAD programs and other memory intensive graphics apps. Built-in wifi is running at 250Mbps download on my home network.I should have bought this long ago.
