The seller is absolutely the worst, here is a partial description on amazon:"Dell Precision Dual USB-C Thunderbolt Dock TB18DC Docking Station, with 240 Watt Power Ad"See the picture, 180 watt power supply which does not have enough power to operate my laptop hence the 240 watt power supply is needed. This is the replacement docking station the first one came with 130 watt power supplyin the picture the used power supply which there is no mention that anything is used or refurbished is 180 watt and that's how it was packaged.ridiculous ! if there were negative stars I would have picked that.

Plugged this docking station into my laptop and it fried it. Just got it to day, was super excited. A pop, then a puff laptop gone. Someone owes me a finger laptop. And I also called the Dell support line. It didn't have a service tag, but a TW serial number on it. They said that one was marked as destroyed or discontinued 2 1/2 years ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONE!!!
