Like other reviewers stated, the quality of this item is just not there. It is flimsy and a bit cheao, not solid. Not cheap in price however! Unfortunately, I missed my return window as I worked to finish the bathroom reno and did not open the box when it first arrived as I should've. Wasted money.

The tetra towel bar by Delta is a beautiful product with an even more beautiful finish (Champagne Bronze for the win). I highly recommend this to whole entire line to everyone who comments on mynewly remodeled bathroom. The customer service is great which is #1, but all their products are such nice quality. Not easily scratched and the champagne bronze cleans up nicely over the chrome finish.Love this line by Delta. Highly recommend!

As the headline states: Beautiful finish and workmanship!Also as the saying goes, "Out with the old, in with the new!" The original towel bar was dated and has seen better days. As luck would have it the original towel bar was 18" and not a custom size, so it was very easy to replace. I used the original screw holes to install the new brackets. The Delta set comes with a template for drilling new holes if needed and is so convenient. The set also comes with wall anchors, screws, allen key and brackets.As mentioned the finish is beautiful. The color, Champagne Bronze, has copper like overtones and almost matches the polished brass fittings in the bathroom.I now have to purchase the toilet paper holder and I'll be all set.
