I purchased 2 blinds, one of them stopped working after 4 weeks

I bought three of these blinds technically five of these blinds because I only needed three however two of the ones I purchased did not measure the correct measurements that they were stated in their description so be sure that you measure your blinds before you install them and also make sure they work before you install them because one of my blinds that I received most recently does not work with the remote. It only works with the button, this is the problem for those who are using the blinds the way I am, which is on second floor across from a loft and I had to pay someone to come and install them and then pay them several additional times to take them down and put them back up because of the incorrect measurements And my lack of knowledge on this topic they were the correct measurements before having someone come out in them just assumed that they would be the measurements that they were stated they were. Then I reached out to Customer Service and I explained to them the situation and their suggestion is to return them like I didn’t think of that that wasn’t my point my point is that they are saying these blinds are certain measurement but they are not the plastic piece that goes over the blind is the actual measurement that’s in the description, but the blind itself is not so it will leave gaps on the side of your window or light will come in so you do need to order up a few sizes if you do that and your window frame is the same size as your actual window it won’t even matter if you order up because then it won’t fit in your window and you will have the gaps on the sides plastic cover the same size as the actual blind to avoid this situation lastly, make sure your remotes work because I had somebody come in it for the last time and the remote did not work and luckily, we tested it before they left. Overall, a pretty crappy experience

Solar panel works, blind doesn’t accept charge, even from traditional chargers. Once factory charge wore down, blind quit working and will not recharge.

If I could give these a 0 I would. Installed one after testing the motor worked. All was going smoothly super easy to install. Then we tried to charge it with the solar panel, with a wall charger, and nothing. Would not charge. The second one we got was broken right out of the box the motor housing fell off but hey at least this one would charge. Returned immediately. Very disappointed. Also the cover doesn't fit at all.
