I got these in order to replace a couple I had lost moving a bunk bed a while back. They slotted in just how I needed them to, and actually in my opinion worked better than the originals (which just used a flat head screwdriver). However, if you are buying these for replacement of other parts, be careful, I had to go through a couple different options before I found these that worked, because the thread lengths can vary with these types of things.

I needed to complet e the hardware on a used child's desk/bed set. These were perfect replacements for the missing hardware.

These are going into my fasteners bin for use as needed. Since these are so low-tech, the thing that is most important is that the threads are good. From the photo you can see they are as they should be.I do have one project for as soon as priority demands, that being to replace a part of a piece of furniture that was ruined by the manufacturer who used a foolish (and cheap) installation of 8 long drywall screws to attach a table top section to a slider mechanism. Theses were the wrong (cheapest) way to make the attachment, so of course the points of the screws extended just far enough to split and lift sections of the veneer in 8 places. I compelled the manufacturer to re-manufacture that furniture assembly un-drilled and un-attached, and ship it to me so I can use barrel nuts and lock bolts as should have been done in the first place.Anyway, these are not going to change the world but they will be just what will be needed. Thank you.

Came quick and in decent packaging. Helped me replace some lost ones to our child's bed frame.

These are nice solid barrel nuts that are simple to use and install. Just drill out the hole and slide them in but make sure you line up the screw hole. I've used them before so not an issue and this 20 pack will come in handy. I only needed a few for now but will likely find more uses so its nice to have extras. They will likely be a good fit for replacing any existing barrel nuts already drilled out for this size. The standard 1/4 x 20 threads are just what I needed.
