I have been suffering from snoring for a long time and I bought this anti-snoring device and it has worked wonders. After using it for a few nights, my snoring has decreased significantly and I sleep better. Last month, my wife and I went on a trip and she told me that she didn't hear snoring at night anymore, which was amazing. Now, my sleep quality has improved a lot.

I’ve tried a few anti-snoring products in the past, but none have been as effective as this one. The mouth guard is soft and comfortable, and it doesn’t irritate my gums. Best of all, it works! My snoring is almost completely gone, and I’m now sleeping soundly through the night.

It didn't work. I still felt whoozy when I woke up. Also my sleep tracker still recorded snoring. It doesn't bring your lower jaw forward to open your air way. It just keeps your jaw in place. So if you need to move it 1 to 2 mm higher to open your airways, I would recommend something else.
