Disappointed to see that my new product (DCF964) arrived in a box with a different serial number.I noticed this whilst scanning QR and Barcodes during asset management, using the DeWalt’s ‘Site Management’ App.Please could you tell me why this has happened?

This is an amazing impact!! Exceeded my expectations. I had a 1 inch Milwaukee I replaced with this and this out performs the Milwaukee and is a lot cheaper, smaller and better to use in my opinion. HIGHLY recommend this impact!!

Likes: Lightweight. Batteries easy to change, charge and monitor. Built-in task light. This tool is far more handy in my tasks than my old air wrench, but does everything I need. Dislikes: None, so far. I use the product just to maintain my personal vehicles and equipment, but I imagine it would serve the needs of a small commercial shop. For industrial or high-output jobs, I am aware that there are far more powerful and more expensive tools, but I have no such needs, so this fits my requirements very well, at a reasonable price. I have other DEWALT tools, so can share batteries.

Love it! I work in the oilfield, and this helps tremendously! Heavy duty, stronger torque is great! Finally get the job done quickly!

I bought Dewalt thinking "Made in USA"--It's CHINA---How could you Dewalt???
