Whether it's scrambled eggs or omelets, or potatoes and sausage for breakfast burritos, these are the perfect size for cooking for a single portion.My only gripe is the paddle could be a bit stiffer. Almost never an issue, but I have slung bits out of the frying pan when not paying attention and having the tip of the paddle bend and pop back into shape, creating a mini catapult.Edited to add: They also can't cut through cold butter with the slightly-too-floppy tip of the spatula. Why am I cutting butter with a spatula, you may ask? To avoid having to wash a knife.

I just love this set of spatulas. I use them so often for so many things. They are the BEST at cleaning out jars, and small cans -- especially peanut butter, jam, mayo and tomato paste.The Silicone material is sturdy enough to thoroughly scrape sides and bottoms of cans, jars, etc., yet flexible enough to get into nooks and crannies of any container. I also LOVE these to scramble eggs...effortless!I truly love this set, it is good quality and is durable. So GLAD there are 4 in the set.

I LOVE THESE!!!! I BOUGHT THE COLORED ONES AND DID NOT LIKE THEM WAS VERY CHEAP TO ME. THESE ARE BY FAR THE BEST. I LIKE THEM SO MUCH I WANT TO ORDER MORE BUT THERE IS JUST THE TWO OF US BUT THEY ARE STURDY AND BENDABLE AND I REALLY LIKE THEM!!!!!!!
