I'm short, 5'2". I cut one of the ties and made the wrap work with a couple of safety pins so it didn't drag on the floor. I got a lot of compliments at the Halloween party.

But the photo is deceiving since the drawing on a fabric of the Japanese geishas was on a bottom of the dress and in the back of the sleeves and photo showing geishas in front of the sleeves. ( how I wanted), so the product should have the exact system and same sleeves as shown on photo. otherwise very pretty, loved the colours.
