Quality of this boot is second to none. I did go up 1/2 size. I usually wear a size 8, which I initially ordered. They were just slightly short for my foot so I returned the size 8 and reordered an 8 1/2 which worked perfectly. The return was very easy and I received the refund immediately. Could not be more pleased.

I was so excited for these boots. I should have ordered a 9 since they are very narrow. The biggest disappointment was the scuff on the back of the right shoe. Sadly, I'm sending these back.
