Be honest with yourself, can you see without looking? If your non dominate hand is upside-down can you tell what you are feeling? If so then lucky you, all you'll need to do is take the back tire off and get it done. If not them you might want to take the bed of the truck off or drop the tank. None of that sounds like your cup of tea then you might want to call a shop.
