Perfect...factory bolts thread right on just fine, exact factory match!! To install, with a sharpie, SCRIBE where the old clips are before you remove them!!! BEFORE you put the new clips on, drill about three 3/16 holes in the new clips. Get some epoxy that calls for usage on glass, extra strength. Take some rough sand paper and prep the glass surface...leave nothing smooth, and hit BOTH sides of the glass Be sure to also roughen the inside mount surface of the clip a lil' bit too. Mix up yer epoxy and slather PLENTY of it on the glass, both sides and in the clip too. Slide the clips on using your marks as a guide. You will see the epoxy ooze through the holes you drilled ( this is why you drill holes...it acts as extra grip surface). Slather that epoxy all over the edges of the clip...nobody is gonna see it besides you and yer' buddies Let it cure! Bring the widow inside...maybe set it next to a warmth source.

bought these for my husband to replace our broken ones from our grand am. perfect fit and the make quality very durable and will last. great buy and replacement.

I looked this up on various other websites as well as on the Dorman website. Everywhere says that this is the one I was supposed to buy for a 99 oldsmobile alero so I came to Amazon and put my order in. These came in quickly and I did my removal and install of my hardware in my door...only the plastic push pin clip things are completely wrong. Completely. They are way too small. I had to just reuse the old pins which were in decent shape.The plastic glass clips are also a bit too big. They don't put any pressure on the glass at all. I had to use an excessive amount of adhesive to hold them in place and I'm PRAYING that they don't come off the glass. We'll see.Why the 4 star rating still? Well I inspected the quality of materials used and compared them to what they are supposed to fit on. The specs seem dead on and they are of equal if not better quality materials that what is normally used for OEM type door panel install kits. I only took away 1 star because Dorman gave me incorrect information on compatibility with my 99 Alero. Had this been the right kit it would have been a quality install.

Great fit and easy install on my 04 Grand Am. They need to make these in metal so they don't break as easily but this is a quality replacement. Will need a heat gun and epoxy to install but very easy to do.
