Originally purchased a competitors product which was twice the price as it was advertised as made in the U.S. The competitors product arrived in a box marked "Made in China" and was poorly made. This product was advertised on the site as Made in Taiwan. After reviewing all the choices, I decided to give it a chance. When it arrived it was well packaged, well constructed and fit my '06 Tundra perfectly. I'd purchase another Dorman product in the future.

Worked perfect will update if it doesn't last but seems to work as it should. Easy to replace but get a new nut so you don't have to go get one. My local Toyota Dealer had one and they are under $5. Easy job to do on 1999 preRunner just mark the hubs so it goes on in the same clocked position. Watch the direction of the new bearing.

The rubber is weak and will sag, causing squeaking from the driveaxle rubbing on the rubber support. At first I thought it was the serpentine belt, and bought a new belt and pulley kit.....NOPE. After a LOT of headache, head scratching, and research, I checked the bearing and sure enough, worn out sticky rubber residue all over the bearing where is was rubbing. If you suspect the noise is the bearing, try this; spray the area with soapy water and drive again. if noise goes away you know its the bearing.
