WOW !! So much more than I expected . This lighter is solid quality . It Is first a beautiful piece of art . It is hefty in weight for what it is . More of a table or desk lighter than a pocket lighter though I am sure you could carry it in a pocket if you choose to . It just feels like it is well made and pleasant to look at . It lights every time . At least so far . I just received it a few minutes ago so I guess we will see about it's durability . I can't see it not being as durable as it looks . I am as pleased as a hog in a cornfield with my purchase . It looks like something you would expect to see on a table in an old English mansion beside a craved wooden box of cigars . Very vintage looking . It came in a beautiful box a ( flip open box not a cardboard box ) with extra wick and a small tool to change out the flint or wick . I was not gifted the lighter for my review . I paid for it myself . My review is my honest opinion of the lighter . I would suggest it to my friends or anyone thinking about buying it . If you appreciate nice things this is for you .

Just got the thing going. Works great! Talk about showing up looking like James Bond. I ordered two by accident, but I'm not even mad. It's an exceptional lighter. I highly recommend this if you're going for a dapper sort of style.

this is pretty heavy for a lighter. I love the design. The quality is amazing. Easy to refill.

In the title and the description of this lighter it states all kinds of different lighter fluels but I would only recommend just some Ronsonol or Zippo lighter fuel as those are the most common for wick lighters. This comes in a nice box one that the older zippos use to come in instead of the plastic shell they do now. What's also nice is that they include an extra wick, flints, seals, and a little tool to help with replacing any of those parts . The engraving on the the body is well done and it also provides extra grip on what would be a slick surface. After putting some lighter fluid in the tank and allowing the wick to absorb some of the fluid I gave it a squeeze and a kinda squeeze/roll with my pointer fingers tip and a good size spark came out and the wick lit up. It's a very neat lighting experience and totally different then a zippo. I will say that I have bigger hands and wish the body of this lighter was just a bit longer as it would be aot easier to hold and light with one hand. I have been carrying this lighter for a few days and it has not leaked on me and I have not had to refill the fuel. Everything about this lighter feels and shows of great quality. I don't think any person that collects lighters or smokes would be disappointed in this. I will say this for the same price as a zippo and even a zippo that cost a little more I would much rather have this. (I said a little more as you might know some zippos are over 500 dollars and of course I would take the zippo then)
