I purchased this Dr. Brown’s straw cup for my toddler, but unfortunately, it has a major design flaw. The suction mechanism doesn’t work well, causing my child to struggle while drinking. Instead of getting a smooth sip, he often ends up swallowing air or getting only a tiny amount of liquid. The design of the straw and valve seems to create too much resistance, making it frustrating for little ones.Additionally, water leaks into the straw, and when my toddler tries to drink, he sometimes gets a sudden rush of liquid instead of a controlled sip. The suction and flow need a serious redesign to ensure better usability. For a brand like Dr. Brown’s, I expected better engineering. I wouldn’t recommend this cup until the issue is fixed.

One of these worked perfect while the blue one leaks and is hard to seal so the straw might not work. Basically one is great and one was defective
