I really like the gauge of this pack of DR DRAGON SKIN+ - Coated Quantum Nickel Bass Strings. The top four strings are the same gauge as my old standard, the Rotosound John Entwistle string set, which are no longer made from what I can find. They are a round wound string, and freshly strung they provide a bright and punchy sound. The playability is also good, not as easy on the fingers as a flat wound string, but you just can't get that bright punch from a flat wound string. These strings are "Micro-thin K3" coated prior to being wrapped around the inner core. Supposedly that will give these strings a longer life. We shall see. For the price of these strings I hope they do offer a longer life, that would make them more attractive and easier to part with a few extra bucks to get them on my bases.

I've used DR strings a lot in the past. One of my basses is setup to only do low alternate tunings and DR is the one to go to for those strings. I have used coated and smooth strings from various brands in the past as well. On my Sterling Ray, I threw these on, replacing the factory strings that came with it. As always, the quality of the DR strings was top notch. You can tell they are coated as they have a bit different color and a duller look from the coating. Unlike smooth wound strings, these still feel more like traditional strings, and still maintain a nice attack and brightness to the sound.

The color is more dark champagne than beige. There's more gold in it than expected. It works. Trims and lays well. Easily maneuverable, but stays in place once settled in. I don't really care enough to return it for the color because I would have to wait to put away my new dishes... so, 4 stars.

First of all I will review the quality. The material is non slip and great for lining drawers and shelves. Now the measurement, it’s 30*150cm. Nowhere close to the 20 feet written in description. 3 stars for great quality but inaccurate information. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

I purchased these shelf liners for my daughter to use for her kitchen cupboard and closet shelves in her new home. She loves them. They are easy to work with and line the shelves beautifully and they look clean and tidy.
