I have heard this C string on others' cellos and loved the sound. After purchasing, I was surprised by how stiff it is compared to other synthetic strings. The winding is also coarser than I expected.Unfortunately, I was unable to try it because the string is much thicker than other C strings. It would not fit in my peg, and I didn't feel like re-drilling the peg hole. So I returned it.Edit: after more experimenting, I have settled on Helicore A and D and Spirocore Tungsten G and C, which I am happy with.
