Update: Reduced stars after 9 months of use because all units are rusting. I will be looking for another brand.I purchased and installed 3 units in November for my short-term rental. One of the units fell down in January. The base/wall mount bracket along with the canister fell. Nothing shattered or was damaged. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement of only the base/wall mount component as it could not be rehung due to the hardened silicone glue and they did sent me a new one at no extra charge! So far all have stayed up well since then, although it’s been only a few more months.This unit looks very professional and high quality for my short term rental property. The plastic is a nice grade of thick hard plastic with a textured finish that imparts a premium feel. The canisters very firmly lock into the wall bracket so they cannot easily come out during use. So far guests have not dropped the canisters. Even though you can’t see how filled they are without opening, my cleaning team seems to keep them filled with no problems.I will also mention that the stainless steal has started rusting a bit. Not so bad that I think it takes away from the product but worth mentioning since they are under 6 months old when the first tiny bits of rust appeared. Definitely mount these on a wall that is away from the flow or splash of water as much as possible.I will order a 4th unit. I do like that the canisters do not easily come out and the design of this product. The other style of wall mount product dispensers that I previously used easily allow the canisters to come out. Guests are always accidentally dislodging them and they shatter and must be replaced.

El precio es algo alto pero vale la pena, los acabados son de excelente calidad. Sigan bien las instrucciones para "liberar" los dispensadores

The item was received with a missing lid. I had to return it and pay the shipping fees. Very disappointing!

I should say that I have many homes that we AirBNB and all showers have various models of shampoo dispensers. I bought 3 of these for my own new home because they look great and the one I usually like to order is only available in bright chrome (tacky).Installation was painless, fairly easy compared to the other types. I wish the mount included some hooks to hang things from, but not a deal breaker.What WAS a deal breaker was that my Pantene conditioner (admittedly a pretty thick liquid) just would not work in any of these dispensers. I KNOW how to prime these things, I have a lot of experience. With regular body wash and shampoo, I'd say i had to pump it at least 50 times during priming to get the liquid to start flowing. I've never had to do it that much, but hey, not a big deal because I only have to do it once each. But when it came to the conditioner, no amount of priming would make it flow. I swear on my mother's grave that I'm doing it correctly and have pumped it AT LEAST 300 TIMES over a week. I even grabbed 2 others to try them, hoping maybe one was just defective. Used a knife to mix it around in case there were any air bubbles. Extremely disappointed, and now I have to figure out how to get this off of my shower walls cleanly x 3. Sigh.

When I purchase this there were no reviews. And I was a little nervous given the price and lack of reviews. I'm so glad I ordered this! It is exactly what I needed for my Airbnb guests for their complementary essentials. I appreciate that it is already labeled as I do not have to worry about stickers losing their adhesive due to the water (although I appreciate how other buyers may want a more customizable option, but it would be easy enough to stick labels from a label maker yourself over the printed words). The other fantastic feature... It actually holds a ton of liquid soaps. Each chamber fills up completely... They aren't duping you at all. It also has a decently sized opening for easy pouring. Each chamber detaches from the base so it's easy to fill over a sink or in another room if needed. I love the white and silver, it is incredibly clean and sterile looking which is what I want in a bathroom with guests paying to shower in it. It's smooth surface and minimalist structure allows for easy cleaning, as there are no grooves, or other places for scum and dirt to lay. The pumps work well and it dispenses a decent amount of liquid per pump. Depending on how much soap you prefer more then one pump may be needed. I prefer that it dispenses a little less, as it will lead to less waste.You have the option to screw mount it or use the enclosed adhesive (sticker and glue). Because this is an old shower that we painted and have yet to renovate we just screwed it in because I was scared the adhesive won't stick to the paint on the shower wall. If you can screw, I would definitely recommend that option, as it does hold a good amount of weight and I cannot confirm that the stickers would hold up. However they also did include a bottle of glue adhesive so it wouldn't surprise me if the adhesive method holds up just as well as screwing it does.All in all I would definitely buy this again! Absolutely fantastic product and very happy with it thus far.
