My main pedal hinge broke after 2 decades. I moved the red bearing hinge from my left pedal onto my main pedal and bought this MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE hinge for my left pedal. Works fine, don't feel a difference at all.

My DW3000 double pedal's main pedal's hinge started to squeak then started to seize. I thought about replacing them with DW DWSM1207 Delta II Pedal Bearing Hinge($60), but feel it is better to replace the hinge with this version two or three more times, than to replace hinge with the higher dollar hinge.I havent been disappointed with my decision at all.Great Replacement Product!! Great Price!

I purchased this to replace broken hinge on DW5000 Pedal (Circa 1990). This hinge is a perfect fit for this pedal, same exact size as the old one. This product is made by DW and cost about $16. The 'DW Red' version cost nearly $60. Save your money and buy this Silver one. It's the exact same size and works just fine. Hope this helps!

I had this product for less than a month before it broke and it was extremely expensive for being a small piece of metal and shipping took longer than expected, now I have to spend more on a new one and wait a long shipping period and can’t use my kit in the mean time.
