I definitely wasn't using the right tool for the job, but I was in a huge pinch. This bit drilled one and a half 4-1/2"x10" dry holes through solid concrete before some of the teeth got wiped out. The actual core capacity is closer to 11". This was not a pleasant experience, but the bit worked above and beyond what I expected. I'll probably just buy another bit and finish the job the way I started.I'm also really impressed with the tiny Makita rotary hammer but that's a different story...

Works well dry. I drilled a 1/4" hole first to make sure it was in the right spot, then screwed a wood circle into the hole with a concrete screw. This worked as a guide for the hole saw to get it started. Drill also came from Amazon.

I was able to drill a clean hole through 9 inches of concrete and stucco with a smaller (Milwaukee 2804-20) hammer drill. I did not use any water or lubricant. My tool adapter didn't come with a centering drill, so it was difficult to start the cut, but once it caught in a track it cut through very quickly, I'm guessing something like 5 to 10 minutes (I didn't time it). It produced a very fine dust. I see plenty of diamonds and tooth left on the tool and it should last for many more cuts. I could have chipped out pieces with a smaller and much cheaper drill, but the clean hole this thing left, with very small breakout edge chips just can't be matched. It drilled a really nice hole and I'm glad I spend the money on it.
