Makes my life easier by reducing battery changes. The dual sided design can be really useful for light and monitor setups depending on how you're setting up. The digital readout is much better than just a light. I think it's a great value compared to buying tons of NP F batteries and a must have for NP-F type battery devices that run batteries down quickly just from a time and work flow perspective.

I picked up this NPF d-tap power cable because I needed a way to power my monitor and my gimbal at the same time. The NPF adapter connects to the back of all my field monitors, but this adapter has a USB-C out that transfers enough voltage to power my Ronin RS3Pro gimbal at the same time while connected to my V-mount batteries via d-tap. This has become a game-changer for me while I'm in the field filming for longer periods. Not only that, because it's double NPF, I can also attach a wireless transmitter on the opposite side. 10 out of 10 on the build quality and usefulness!

This is a very simple concept but still brings great new functionality! It is two sided so I am able to power something like my field monitor AND add a wireless transmitter to it as well. That way I can power the entire rig via V-Mount battery. Having everything run from one battery is incredible. Awesome addition to my kit!

I’ve run this through several rig configurations, and it's reliable across the board. Voltage display is super handy. Great tool for anyone building out a mobile video setup.
