I have had this visitation plate for almost 3 years and it has worked great until a couple days ago. For some reason it just stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and a new one is already on its way. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this product and manufacturer to anyone looking!! Hats off to Eilison

This item is very well made and effective! I've been using it almost daily and noticing the great benefits to my health. I had an issue with it recently and customer service solved it right away!

So far so good.Lately my friend has been telling me about higher end vibration plates that costs thousands of dollars and are quite large. I found this smaller compact version in a brown tone that blends in perfectly into our dark hardwood floors. The colors are really beautifully done so we actually leave this out in the living room so it reminds us to use it.The device is light weight so you can move it around easily, with light suction cups on the bottom to keep it secure while using. Comes with a remote that has pre-set 15 min programs for beginner, intermediate, pro. On the top of the device there's 3 different foot positions. The center is lighter vibration the middle they shakes left to right a little more, and the outer edges shake the most. I've been enjoying the presets because they change the intensity level for you and shut off after you're done.So far we've been doing 15 mins standing and 15 with the elbows and hands down on the unit in a plank position with a pillow under the knees. The standing seems to loosen the lower back muscles and legs. The planks seem to work the upper shoulders and back.They try to advertise this as a weight loss or exercise machine, while I don't think it will do that, I think it might work to loosen and relax muscles and potentially relieve stress. Other people say it helps with bowel movements. There isn't a lot of research on the vibration plates yet, so i wouldn't over do it on this machine as we don't know what effects it might have on the spine. So far we've enjoyed using the machine as a way to destress and relieve some lower back pain. Going to keep it and see what the long term benefit uses might be.

Yo ya había usado estas máquinas en gym y quería una para casa porque si me sirvieron, pero apenas llevo 1 semana con esta máquina y ya hace un ruido que antes no hacía y la vibración (aún en el nivel más alto) no es tan buena. Se me hace muy lenta.

Love it ...good design and shape ..easy to store away ..love the different speeds and modes of vibration.. finding it very helpful on different muscles .Great price .

This plate is a great size and durable. The setting work well, the only improvement would be the arm bands. They are a little short and could use 1 or 2 more inches for comfort.

Funciona perfecto, habla en inglés con acento chino pero es muy fácil de usar.
