I have several large ceiling medallions in my home but this is the first time I purchased one because I had to. I was sent some LVP flooring to review and decided to install it on my bathroom ceiling. Even though the measured I goofed when cutting around my recessed light. Instead of doing a redo I thought I’d buy a ceiling medallion and cut the middle out. Little did I know this medallion existed and already has the perfect diameter center. It’s very lightweight therefore easy to cut and handle. I primed first with spray primer then spray painted gold. I nailed up with a nail gun. It came out even better than I imagined and I love it.

Cheap Material. Wanted to use it around Ceiling Fan in Kitchen but doubted it could be wiped down with any type of Liquid. Soap and Water, Degreaser etc. Return was simple and easy.

This worked perfectly for a chandelier that’s base was too small to cover the damage left by the prior ugly light. This medallion has beautiful detail and the way I used it, made it pop out of the ceiling like it’s 3D. It looks absolutely gorgeous and such a great price. I looked at all the local stores and all over online, and these pieces of material are freaking expensive, I was like what? That is more than I paid for the light, get out of here you crazy businesses. Until I found this one! It’s also hard to find one with a generous opening in the middle, like this one. I had to scrape a little off on the inside to get it to fit around the 8” light base but then it popped on in such a unique and perfect way. I love it, and I am also patting myself on the back for finding it and a unique way to use it mmmmkay?
