I was absolutely delighted by this unexpected brewing wonder! If percolators are your coffee prepping preference, you will not be disappointed by this pot. It has the capacity to make even mediocre coffee taste good and stays consistently warm through twelve glorious cups with no burnt aftertaste. Excellent value for the price and you will save a king's ransom using it and bypassing $5/cup coffee from over-hyped, but underperforming coffee establishments that are well past their quality prime.

We purchased this percolator in July2023 to get away from microplastics in our coffee. It arrived and made wonderful tasting coffee from the first pot. Unfortunately in December 2023 the glass Brew Progress knob broke. We contacted the company and they had great customer support (Thank you Meg!) and replaced our broken part in about 45-60 days. Fast forward to this week (February 2025),the glass Brew Progress Knob has broken again.We do brew one pot everyday and wash the parts by hand as we didn’t want to damage the glass knob as we were suspect of the quality of glass used. To be honest we took treating it with “kit gloves” to the extreme.I reached back out to customer support and they said the warranty is only a year but I could buy the Glass Brew Progress knob $9.90. Now if I had been pulling on the knob roughly or dropped it and damaged it, I would be more than happy to buy a replacement. But since I know we used extra care on the second knob, it is an obvious quality issue with the glass. I don’t like the idea of having to keep rebuying 25% of the total cost every year for an oblivious material defect.My biggest worry was it broke while we were brewing a pot and didn’t see the product failure until we were cleaning up the pot. I am just thankful we did not ingest glass slivers in our coffee.While I loved this percolator when it was usable, unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Shortly after purchasing this the top glass top part broke. I contacted the seller and they gladly sent me a replacement. In less than a month it broke again I didn’t contact them again because, why, if it keeps breaking. Coffee maker works as it should as long as the top glass doesn’t break all the time.

Antes de comentar sobre este articulo aprovecho para preguntar si puedo adquirir con ustedes un repuesto de aspa de ventilador de techo Home Decorator collection, Ashby Park de 1.32m (52 in), o bien si me indican a quien me dirijo se los agradeciria.Ahora respecto a la cafetera, es bonita, funcional y se logra el obtener café en poco tiempo inclusive a toda su capacidad que es de 12 tazas.La recomiendo.

I received this pot on Mar 3 2023. Perked beautiful for a month and a half! It's been making see through coffee for weeks now! I am so dissatisfied! Didn't last 2 months!So I have to add to this review! I am sorry I didn't find this out first but I left the bad review in case someone else has the same problem. When I looked inside the basket I saw it was full of water..the problem was that the holes get blocked by coffee grounds. I cleaned the basket with a small brush. If you hold it up to the light you can see if they are clear. Back to awesome coffee. Love this percolator. My apologies to the vendors!

01/31/2024 After 4 months, my glass knob broke on the pot. This appears, based on comments, to be a common problem. However, I shopped around and found a perfect replacement on Amazon, Univen Glass Coffee Percolator Knob Top fits Coletti Bozeman and Butte 2 Pack. I simply selected it because it looked exactly like the original knob. They were a perfect fit and I have an extra. Honestly, I think I caused my breakage when it fell off on my counter. I checked it, but I suspect it just weakened the glass and the heat did the rest. I'm very pleased to find a replacement so I can continue to use the pot. This is one of the small things in life that happen. Amazon or the vendor needs to list the Univen knobs as a good replacement. And 2 for less than $10 is cheaper than buying a new pot.Previous review: It's very basic and simple to use and it just looks really nice. Absolutely not a space hog that my other coffee maker was. I have a small kitchen and this is what I was looking for.By the way: for Watt information please read the Product guides and documents where it says Product Manual!
