The Elitech 4G Wireless Monitor does a commendable job at logging temperature and humidity data remotely. The real-time updates and cloud storage via the app are convenient for tracking conditions. The dual external channel option is excellent for detailed monitoring, though you'll need to purchase compatible probes separately. While it works pretty well, it's not perfect; I've experienced a few connectivity hiccups and wish the battery life was longer. Still, for those needing remote monitoring, this device gets the job done, just not flawlessly.

Short, Sweet, Simple and to the point review. We are currently using this for a restaurant. Unboxing all of the components for this it's definitely something that has a lot to it. We're using this for our walk-in refrigerator and freezer. We haven't been able to fully get it up and running yet as of time constraints. But this product definitely does seem like it's a quality item. From what we have read in the instructions manual it does seem like it can do quite a bit. Not entirely sure this is intended for commercial restaurant use and more so of an industrialized type of use. We're hoping that eventually we can get all the components set up just right so that we can utilize this and keep an eye on our walk-in freezer in particular as we've had some issues with the door sealing upon being closed properly. We may end up using this for our refrigeration and freezing units that are smaller on our cooking line as sometimes we have some power issues going on with those. Nonetheless this item seems to be of quality and definitely worth giving a shot if you're looking into it.

I have been trying to reach the US support team about this device as it is a fit for the mentoring we need all in one device however, the APN settings for our LTE are not compatible, or something is off with my unit as it works with one of our LTE providers but not our primary and support documentation says there should be a configuration tool, but I cannot locate it anywhere and nothing happens when we connect the device to a PC or MAC. I want to like the product, but at this point, if I cannot get basic support from the company, it's worthless to us.
