Hands-down best shifter for a buggy build. I went through a few VW-style shifters only to find the horrible GRIND when shifting from either 1st-2nd or 3rd-2nd and hitting reverse.......NO MORE with this super shifter. Just remember that the adjusting of the shift-rod is VERY sensitive. When I first installed, I did not have reverse. I then shortened up the rod about 1/4" and it was going into reverse without engaging the button......I then lengthened the rod only 1 turn.......MAGIC!!! Now, I can get really aggressive while shifting with ZERO worries of hitting reverse.....Also, finding gears is a thing of the past; This shifter is automatically aligned and has a very tight pattern now.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I can speed shift so fast now. After some fine adjustments , it was way better than I imagined.
