the battery lasts more than 4 hours of talk time before needing to be charged

I bought this "3.7v 0.51Wh / 140mAh" battery to replace my other battery with same specs. I opened the package and saw that this battery was much thinner than my previous one (see pic - my old one on the right, this new one on the left)... I assumed that new technology got more power out of less space... That did not prove to be true. My old battery originally lasted 8 to 10 hours in my Plantronics Headset. When it started lasting about 6 hours I decided it was time to replace it. I bought this item as a replacement because it stated it has the same specs. I get only about 3.5 hours before the headphone starts beeping indicating a low battery. Once that happens it is only about 10 minutes to dead; the one that this replaced would last about 30 minutes until dead after it started to beep. I went back to my old battery and just went to return this battery and found out that is I missed the cut off. This was a waste of money.

worked fine. The last one was absolutely dead, so I knew it was working right away.

This battery fits my headset perfectly and for the first few days it was great. Thereafter I have to charge it as often as possible. I've been dropping calls and it fades out really quickly. I needed it but now I'm not impressed. I have to look for an alternative to this brand.

Fits like a glove in my device, unlike another battery product (from somewhere else) I got.
