Science as moved on such that many bike fitters are recommending you try a mid foot position on the pedal. This can be difficult without the use of adapters. I found these east to fit and having fitted them able to find a good foot position.Bit pricey, but they are well made and do the job.

I'm not impressed by how this company have little to no clue about screws and the cycling world. First off the screws for the metal plate is an hex bolt. There no hex bolt on any bike. So no one carries that tool in their bags if you need to tend to your shoes. Secondly they should provide shorter screws to screw down your cleats to the plate. They know already and tell you that you'll need to MacGyver a shorter screw. Why not give that in the kit? So you're basically buying a metal plate that you need to find screws for 60$. I don't know yet if the products work or not I'll have to try different position. But at first glance they should logically for that price give a little more hardware that is user friendly. Hex bolt is the worst bolt to tight and it always stripes! Idea of the product is very good tho.

I typically ride between 200 and 250 miles a week and regularly do 100+ rides. For the last few years my right foot has developed a hot spot around the 60 - 70 mile mark. Ive tried every type of insole pad - even cutting a hole in the pad under my foot ball to let ease the pressure. A google search led me to these. Tried them with the cleat moved back about 1/4 inch then another 1/4 inch. Incredible. NO PAIN. At least 500 miles with these on and I love them. Importantly, NO change in my power output across the board. Also interesting that I have the cleat on my right shoe only and no issues with symmetry. No knee, back or hand issues. We will all use these on Race Across America this year. Definitely worth a try.

Had ride with a flat shoe for a year without any toes numbness, with cleats shoes, just like lot of others riders...Come across this product, decided to give it a try. First feeling was encouraging. May try 24mm back if need. Thanks allDo note, unlike pic shown, short of six shortest screw. Had to saw six one to tighten my cleats.

Easy to fit to existing shoe. Has dramatically reduced the pain in my fore-feet.
