I used to use on My Fender Jaguar the Fender Light Gage " Rock & Roll" Strings for about the last 25 years, and they served the purpose and I was satisfied,,,, " BUT ",,, These Ernie Ball Number 8's Strings are the Best of the Best. They feel like there's nothing there. They hold their Keys,,, and You can almost bend the string to the next optics higher and not worry that You pulled the string Out of Tone like everything else that I used. One the Scale of 1 to 5,,, I give it a 10. I Love these Strings.

What can you say? Ernie Ball strings rock! These single string 6-packs are a must-have if you bend a lot and break the high E string occasionally, like i do. I probably have 4 or 5 whole packs of strings just missing the high E because i had to rob a pack after breaking one. Always good to have these around on those occasions.

Better than buying a six pack of the traditional pack of 6 E A D G B and Es. I never break the lower 3.
