These shirts are thin, flimsy and completely oversized. You would need to downsize by 2 sizes to get your size. There is no support at all. I would not recommend these shirts and I have thrown them in the bin on the same day as receiving them.

These are fantastic quality. I normally wear an extra large, so that is what I ordered. But I should have ordered a large, since they fit loose. I would order these again.

I wore one to hot yoga and it made me hotter. Ill be wearing them for casual wear under button shirts. I opted for other tops to wear over my yoga bras, they are literally strings and a rectangle cloth that are far cooler than these. They stuck to my midsection (I sweat sooo much in hot yoga) and it gives me the heebie jeebies to even think of wearing them again to class. They are nice enough for casual wear under a shirt like I described.

Bought this style of vest to use under other lower or boat neck tops as love the look. I wish I could say it was because I run or do sports but I would be lying but I am sure it would be great for that if that's what you want. Wash well and dried in tumble drier on low heat without shrinking. Love them and will wear a lot more come the spring onwards.
