tengo una laptop y compre este hub para conectar 2 monitores pero aveces funciona y muchas otras no.

Like the headline, it's cool for what i paid for. Windows doesnt recognize it anymore for a while, and noe the audio output doesnt work. I also have to open the laptop sometimes to take it out of sleep, but idk if thats because of this dock, or if its the monitor I have (monitor is aging, got a new one otw).

Hdmi no funciona ; venía abierto , y la caja muy maltratada. Me parece que ya lo habían usado .No volvería a comprar jamás

El puerto vga no se puede conectar, está muy metido y hace falso contacto, tampoco pude conectar el monitor VGA usando un adaptador al puerto USB-c, por los demás puertos que si funcionan no lo regreso.

The good:I've tried many other USB C "docks" at this price point and this is the best one by far. I am using most of the ports on this thing, and they all seem to be working. I currently have Ethernet, HDMI, SSD via USB 2.0, USB hub via USB C, USB wireless Mouse adapter, USB wireless keyboard adapter, MicroSD, and power hooked up to this thing. Everything is working. Ethernet speed is throttled a bit, but I only notice it if I run a speed test. Overall I am very happy with this thing, and would buy again.The bad:This thing is TEMPERAMENTAL. I rarely use my laptop outside of clamshell mode, but on the occasion that I do, it is a NIGHTMARE to hook back up to this thing, even though theoretically is should be "plug and play". I usually have to plug it back in, and wait overnight for this thing to reconnect properly. I don't know why it makes a difference how long I wait, but it does NOT work immediately, and DOES work if I wait. Also god forbid you jiggle one of the cables, that's a big no-no.Overall, despite the troubles I have with it, this thing works which is so much more than I can say about other docks at this price point. If you're looking for a USB C dock under $150, get this. It's worth it.

Initially this product worked great for the first three months after I got it, but recently it has stopped working. The blue light in th back is on, indicating the device is being powered, but when I connect it to my laptop there is no response. The keyboard connected through a USB dongle does not respond, my laptop is not being charged, and my monitor does not pick up the HDMI connection - indicating that this device is no longer connecting my computer to the necessary accessories. It's really a shame, it's a nice sleek looking product but does not work anymore.

This a great Multiport Adapter. It's takes up some real estate. If they had a longer cable that connect to the computer that would work as far as placing it where you want (an extender cable will fix that.Otherwise this is a very good Adapter.

First let me say these are great units for the price and I love them for what I do!Now that I have that out of the way let me share my journey…I bought two of these units, along with two USB-C extension cables, and was rocking along for over a month (past the return date). Then one day I needed to plug in my external USB-A hard drive into the hub but it would not show up in Windows Explorer (this was later resolved, so keep reading).However, when I plugged the hub directly into my Thunderbolt 4 port on my laptop everything worked just fine. So the problem seemed to be just when I used a USB-C extension cable, so I bought two more extension cables by a different manufacturer but the problem persisted.I contacted the seller (Sergio Suchockas @ Gasbit) and he was happy to send me out a replacement hub at no cost to me. However, I had the same problem with the new hub so I sent it back to him.Sergio and I exchanged 10 messages back and fourth with each other and he was ALWAYS responsive and helpful! Sergio went above and beyond trying to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Most of the time he responded the same day, even on weekends, and he never went past the next day without responding!!! I cannot emphasize enough the GREAT level of customer support and responsiveness Sergio gave me during this process!Sergio was even ready to give me a FULL refund even though one of the units was pasted it’s return date, how cool was that!!Sergio asked me to try one thing before I shipped both units back, and that was to provide external power to the hub and then give it a try. The hub does not have a separate internal power plug, nor does it come with a power charger so I was a little confused as to how to provide power to the unit. But after doing a bit of research I found that the USB-C Power Delivery Port (PD) is bidirectional and you can input power to that port as well. I also found this information on Gasbit’s Amazon store site in the description of the product.I took my charger from my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (25w) and plugged it into the PD port on the hub and gave it another try. And guess what? IT WORKED!!!! Not only did it work, but I was able to plug in TWO external USB-A hard drives!And before anyone says it was just my laptop, I am running an Alienware X17 R1 with Thunderbolt 4, 32GB of RAM and a 2 Terabyte NVMe hard drive.So, just know that if you use this unit with an extension cable you will need to provide power to the hub if you use an external USB-A hard drive that does NOT have it’s own power.I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Sergio at Gasbit, I would buy from him any day of the week and I encourage anyone reading this to give him your business!!!!Thank you Sergio!
