I honestly don't know why I got this because I didn't really have anywhere to install it nor did I need it.Finally I just decided to have it as a prop in my man cave. Found somewhere to put it and honestly doesn't look too bad and it looks nice where I have it. If it works or not I don't know nor do I care at this point because I didn't hook it to anything so it's just there doing nothing but am happy with it.

If you’re not familiar and you got this to add a pull station to a public space, you may run into some trouble as you need to verify this is compatible with your existing fire alarm service. As otherwise you’ll likely need a bunch of addressable interface modules to let it communicate with your main fire alamr panel

After engaging and locking several times the locking mechanism failed. I had to order another one from a local supplier ( because of time restraints) and was ready to return/discard this one. To my surprise my local guy took my dud and was kind enough to give me a better replacement free of charge. Live and Learn
