I purchased to house my toddler's books so she can easily access them. I wanted it to fit in her closet next to the 9 cube shelf already in there. Luckily its in the corner so it can use the walls to keep it upright otherwise it would have fallen over once I loaded it up with her books.

We use this shelf to hold light-weight homeschooling manipulatives and art supplies. I do not think it would work well for hardback chapter books or textbooks. It is made of a heavy-duty foam/plastic material therefore the weight of items to be stored should be carefully considered before purchasing. It serves our purposes but I wouldn't want it to be in a place where visitors would see it as it isn't a very attractive shelf. For the price and the out of the way location where it is used, it works well for us. It is sized according to the description and was easily put together. It fit together easily and was completed quickly. Assembly is similar to a large 3D puzzle plus a few screws.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. The quality is strong and sturdy. It was easy to put together. The screws all went in easily. It looks beautiful. You can’t go wrong with this little shelf.

This bookshelf is cheaply made and not easy to assemble. The openings do not line up and do not fit together very well. I would have returned it but it was breaking while I was trying to put it together. So I threw it out.

I like how modern it looks, I love the color and perfectly matched with my new bed.It was easy to assemble , and at first the wood it feels like foam but when it aired it out the foamy wood became solid and sturdy wood. Just give it some time or overnight to harden the wood. it is just perfect and advanced engineered materials.
