If your controller doesn't work try trimming about 30% (and up to 50%) off the rubber stopper on the key. The key can then be inserted that much further to make its connection.I had to do this to what was an very dead controller and now works a treat.

This launch controller does not work at all will not reccomend buying it.No wonder the quality is so bad.
