I'm using it for Vaughan axe which is very similar/same as Estwing. Sheath is heavy duty and well made.

It will fit my Riggers axe but not perfectly since the head is a different shape but it fits well enough to offer adequate protection. Since I sharpened my axe to razor sharp(paper cutting) I needed a sheath and this works good enough. With a few modifications it would fit better but I'm not that fussy. It provides all the protection I could ask for and the bonus is it matches the axe.

Was a perfect match to the axe I have. It's good to have a sheath back on the tool.

Not as nice looking as the original leather one but fits my 30 year old axe perfectly and seems very well made.
