It doesn't line up

Although the quality looks good for the price, it will not fit on a 2007 Honda Ridgeline without modification. When bolted to the front Y-pipe flange, the rear flange to the intermediate/tailpipe does not line up. As shown in the attached photo, the angle of the bolt holes is not correct. The 2x4 in the photo is lined up with the straight section of the front flange on both the OEM catalytic converter and the replacement catalytic converter. I don't know if I rec'd a defective catalytic converter or they are all like this.

I’ve tried ordering other ones and each time the fit was not exact. I was ready to just go to the auto parts store and pay 3 times this amount just because I was tired of ordering and sending back. I ordered this one and it was a perfect fit. No more loud noise coming from my vehicle
