Es de buena calidad, funciona bien, cumple su trabajo.Pero es extremadamente caro para lo que es.Aunque sea un producto de calidad es una lástima que sea tan caro y no haya otras opciones de igual calidad o decentes.

This high-quality piece turns virtually any Fuji lens into a "macro" lens. This is a great thing, considering Fuji's macro offering encompasses only one or so lenses. All you do is connect this piece to your camera (just like you would a lens) and then connect your lens to the extension tube. That's it! And then you are shooting at macro specificastions, and I mean, depending on what lens you connect, REALLY macro. I've had a lens that focused at something like 1mm!Now, that is one of the important points to note about this extension tube: it really is for macro shooting, and it will focus your lens only in a VERY narrow field of view. You will not, for example, be able to put this on and then shoot things at a distance. It is only going to focus on items very close to the lens, nothing more than quite close. My own experiments show that the best way to use this extension tube is to probably have your camera mounted on a tripod or similar mount, and then use manual focusing to get the best results. I did successfully use automatic focus on some shots, but macro photography being what it is, the manual focusing really is the way to get quality shots, and since the field of view for focusing when using this extension tube is SO narrow that manual focusing may be necessary to get a really sharp shot focused on what you desire.Although, sadly, this item is not manufactured in Japan like most of Fuji's wonderful "XF" lenses, it does present a quality look and feel, and is made of all metal components. It feels solid in the hand, and attaches reassuringly well to the camera and to the lens. The extension tube clicks into place (just like a lens) and the lens you are using also clicks into place on the tube. To remove, a spring-based lever on the side of the extension tube releases the device, and it can then be unlocked. For less than $100, you can turn your entire arsenal of Fuji lenses into macro lenses, which is pretty cool. The supplied documentation provides recommendations for lens selections, and also a table for how the extension tube affects the maximum magnification, the working distance, and the shortest distance for each of 14 Fuji lenses. This information is also available in electronic format from Fuji's support site online. Some useful notes from the supplied documentation:- "When the Macro Extension Tube is attached, the focus range is limited. It is necessary to find a focus point by moving the camera forward and back. Autofocus is available in the focus range, but using the manual focus is recommended for fine adjustments."- "When the Macro Extension Tube is attached, the distance between the aperture and the sensor becomes longer, so the lens produces a darker image. However, appropriate exposure can be obtained if shooting in AE. If you want to manually use an external flash, use it by adjusting the flash compensation."A great "speciality" device, there is nothing really to gripe about, considering what you get and for what it costs! It truly extends (no pun intended) your Fuji lenses' functionality. Five Stars.Note:The extension tube is also available in a 16mm format. Most people seem happier with the 11mm version, but see Fuji's table to see how each of these extension tubes affect the various Fuji lenses.

It works, of course it works. As with any macro adapters, you have to know what your doing and be fully aware of focusing distance. It really as to be pretty close, specially with mcex-16 or with both adapters. The important thing is that it's well built and the AF is fully functional.
